Role: Henry is a co-founder of Decision Technology and currently manages the business day-to-day. He also works on client assignments, bringing 25 years of experience from across a range of industries and business functions.

Background: Henry was a Director of Oliver Wyman & Co., a strategy consulting firm which specialises in financial services. At OWC Henry helped found their highly respected Risk Practice where he developed many of their proprietary techniques in credit risk measurement, portfolio management and business valuation. Henry has a PhD in the cognitive psychology of decision-making and is an Honorary Fellow of University College London.
